Matcha is delicate. Light, heat, and air degrade it. Store BrewNova Matcha in its original airtight container, or transfer it to a sealed tin. Keep it in a dark, cool place—a cupboard away from the stove works. If you live in a hot climate, you can refrigerate it, but make sure the container is sealed tight to avoid moisture.

Properly stored, it stays fresh for up to six months. If it turns dull green or smells musty, it's past its prime. Trust your nose.
