Yes. Windbar can support project discussion around hardware design, mold and component design coordination, engineering review, prototype planning, and qualified manufacturing resources within the applicable compliance scope.

Windbar provides OEM/ODM manufacturing support for empty, CBD-compatible vaping hardware only. The Company does not fill, formulate, supply, or handle any CBD e-liquid, hemp extract, or THC-containing material — brand partners are solely responsible for sourcing and filling such content in compliance with federal and state hemp/cannabis law, including the total-THC standard taking effect under P.L. 119-37 on November 12, 2026. The Company does not manufacture, sell, or supply THC-containing devices. Public electronic vapor scope is otherwise limited to products verified by third-party testing as zero-nicotine and free of tobacco-derived ingredients. No. Windbar does not produce, stock, or sell finished e-liquid products. For qualified OEM projects, technical coordination on hardware and related process planning may be discussed within applicable legal and compliance requirements.

Yes. Windbar provides technical information on battery engineering, output stability, compact design, battery life, and device performance for qualified business partners. We do not make health, cessation, or modified-risk claims.
