If your V60 lacks aroma, you're almost certainly dealing with under-extraction: the grind is too coarse, the water is too cool, or the ratio is too weak. Start by grinding finer, aiming for a 2:30–3:00 total brew time, using a 1:16 coffee-to-water ratio, and heating your water to 195–205°F (90–96°C). Then taste and adjust one variable at a time.
