Some things get hyped but don't really help you pick a gift:
- Brand logos on the front: Unless the person is a fan of that brand, a big logo is a miss. A subtle chest print or a back graphic is safer.
- Pre-shrunk claims: Most quality tees are pre-shrunk, but that doesn't guarantee the fit stays perfect after many washes. It's not a differentiator.
- "Unisex" sizing: It's just a starting point. Unisex tees run boxy, which is fine for some but not all. Don't rely on it.
Don't get dazzled by fancy naming like "relaxed" or "slouchy"—those are just marketing words. Stick to the actual measurements and the recipient's style.
