Not all flavors respond the same way to extra heat. Some taste better on boost — others get worse.
| Flavor type | Normal mode | Boost mode |
|---|---|---|
| Fruit (berry, citrus, tropical) | Good — bright and clear | Better — juicier, more intense |
| Mint / menthol / ice | Good — cool and clean | Better — colder feeling, more punch |
| Candy / soda / energy | Good — sweet and clear | Better — bolder, more candy-like |
| Tobacco | Better — smooth, rich | Can taste burnt or harsh |
| Dessert / custard / pastry | Better — layered, creamy | Can taste scorched or too sweet |
| Coffee / nuts / caramel | Good — balanced | Depends — can be richer or burnt |
The pattern: bright, fresh flavors (fruit, mint, candy) almost always taste better on boost. Dark, sweet, complex flavors (tobacco, custard, dessert) often get scorched-tasting at higher wattages and are better on normal mode.
