Let's start with the baseline. A "good" battery label for a disposable vape is one that actually tells you something. That means a clear mAh rating, not just a color-coded bar or a vague promise of "long-lasting power."
Here's what a good label includes:
- mAh rating: The single most useful number. It tells you how much energy the battery holds. For disposables, common ranges are 400–800 mAh for smaller devices, and 1000+ mAh for larger ones.
- Puff count: A realistic estimate, not the absolute maximum. Some brands list something like "up to 5000 puffs," which is technically possible but unlikely in real use.
- Safety marks: CE, RoHS, FCC—these are basic compliance indicators. They don't guarantee quality, but they show the manufacturer isn't entirely skipping regulatory checks.
If a label gives you these three things, it's already better than half the market. It means the brand is treating you like an adult who can read a spec sheet.
