A few things should make you pause before buying a disposable as a gift.

• No recycling info: If the brand doesn't mention recycling anywhere, they probably don't have a program.
• Very low puff count: A 200-puff device is basically a sample. It'll be gone in a day and create more waste.
• Non-rechargeable with a large e-liquid capacity: That's a waste waiting to happen.
• Flavors that are too niche: Unless you know the person loves a specific flavor, stick to something crowd-pleasing.
