Let's talk practical moves that work within your constraints.
Keep it warm. Cold e-liquid gets thick, which means it doesn't wick as well. You'll get weak hits or a burnt taste if you pull too hard. Warm the device in your hands for 30 seconds before using it, and take slow, steady draws. This is a classic fix that works on any disposable.
Protect from rain. A few droplets won't kill a vape, but a soaked device can short or clog. If you're walking in drizzle, tuck it into a breast pocket or a small zip pouch. Avoid leaving it in an outer pocket where rain can soak through.
Charge check before you leave. Batteries drain faster in cold weather. If your device has a charging port (some do), top it off before heading out. If it's non-rechargeable, know roughly how many draws you have left. Nothing worse than a dead vape at 5 p.m. when you need it most.
Mind your draw style. In cold air, the vapor condenses faster. You'll see less cloud, but that's fine. Don't compensate by hitting harder—that'll just flood the coil. Slow and steady wins the race.
