Accuracy is the most important score. A database is only useful if the information is correct. Official state sites usually score high here because they are the source of truth. For example, the Florida Department of Revenue maintains a list of licensed tobacco retailers. If you search for a business name and it shows an active license, that's solid. But even official databases can have delays. A license might show as active even if it's under review for renewal. So treat accuracy as "good, but not perfect"—you should still call the agency for critical decisions.
