These Brands Have ZERO FDA Authorization
The following popular disposable vape brands have no FDA Marketing Granted Order. Selling them violates federal law, and the FDA has issued hundreds of warning letters to retailers carrying them:

- Geek Bar — no PMTA authorization
- Lost Mary — no PMTA authorization
- Breeze — no PMTA authorization
- Vozol — no PMTA authorization
- Mr. Fog — no PMTA authorization
- Blu — withdrew certain PMTA applications; no authorized products
- Any open-tank/mod system — no refillable tank device has received an MGO
