This is the most common vent we hear from wholesale buyers: you order a batch of VERTEX-VISTA, but the lab report says VERTEX-25K, or the batch number is missing entirely. It's frustrating, but it's also something you can avoid with a simple checklist.
Start by comparing the product name on the COA with what you actually ordered. It should match exactly—no abbreviations, no model variations. Then check the batch number. If it's not there, or it differs from your order, the report is useless for compliance. Finally, confirm the test date. Reports older than six months raise questions about whether the product has changed.
If any of these are off, don't accept it. Ask the supplier for a corrected COA that lines up with your order. It's a red flag if they push back.
