Some vendors try to justify high prices with 'premium' cues: exclusive access, insider analysis, or 'verified' data. But remember, a Regulatory Outlook is only as good as its sources. If the report doesn't cite primary documents—like FDA rules or EU TPD text—then it's just opinion dressed up as analysis.
Look for reports that include a methodology section. How did they gather data? Did they interview regulators? Or just compile news articles? Premium cues like 'exclusive' and 'insider' are often just marketing. The real test is whether the report helps you make a decision you couldn't make on your own.
