You've just unboxed a fresh batch of disposables for your shop or your own rotation. Before you take that first puff, think about where these devices will live for the next few days. Disposables are meant to be portable, but they're not indestructible. If you're carrying one in a pocket or bag, the biggest risks are pressure, heat, and spills.
Most disposables have a plastic mouthpiece and a soft rubber seal around the bottom. If you toss one loosely into a bag with keys and a water bottle, the mouthpiece can crack or the seal can pop, leading to leaks. A cheap fabric pouch or the device's original box adds almost no bulk and prevents most damage.
If you're a wholesale buyer testing units for resale, pay special attention to how they ship. Cardboard boxes with foam inserts are fine, but avoid stacking heavy items on top. A crushed device can leak or short out before it ever reaches a customer.
