MTL (Mouth-to-Lung) Performance

With the 0.8Ω or 1.2Ω pod and the airflow dialed all the way down, the XROS 4 delivers a tight, satisfying MTL draw that's very similar to smoking a cigarette. The draw resistance is perfect — not too tight, not too loose.

If you're a former smoker or prefer a tighter draw, this is one of the best pod systems for MTL. The combination of the tight airflow and the higher-resistance pods gives you that familiar cigarette-like feel.

Restricted DTL Performance

Open up the airflow and drop in the 0.4Ω pod, and the XROS 4 transforms into a restricted DTL device. The draw becomes much airier, and you get significantly more vapor production — though it's still nowhere near what you'd get from a full mod and sub-ohm tank.

Restricted DTL is a great middle ground — more vapor and flavor than MTL, but not the full lung hit of a sub-ohm setup. It's perfect for vapers who want more than MTL but don't want to go all-in on a mod + tank setup.
