The Company does not fill, formulate, supply, or handle any CBD e-liquid, hemp extract, or THC-containing material — brand partners are solely responsible for sourcing and filling such content in compliance with federal and state hemp/cannabis law, including the total-THC standard taking effect under P.L. 119-37 on November 12, 2026. The Company does not manufacture, sell, or supply THC-containing devices. Public electronic vapor scope is otherwise limited to products verified by third-party testing as zero-nicotine and free of tobacco-derived ingredients.
