Switched off disposables last month and grabbed a refillable pod. Shop guy said 20mg salt is normal for MTL, so I put it on the 0.8 ohm coil that came in the box.
First few puffs were fine, then it got peppery in the throat and I was leaking around the mouthpiece after a couple of refills. I am not chain hitting it, maybe 8-10 puffs an hour.
From what I have seen on the big vape boards, 20mg usually sits better on 1.0-1.2 ohm, and sub-ohm plus high nic is how people end up with spitback. Curious if anyone here actually runs 20mg on 0.8 without it feeling like a punch.
Device is a closed-pod style kit, 50/50 salt, not a box mod. Adult use, just trying not to torch another coil this week.
